Re: spelling champaxxx: Et in Arcadia ego

Andy Kress generously suggests that my spelling of champaxxx would be 
improved by more intimate familiarity with the labels, the bottles, the 
contents and the associated general bonhomie. 

Well reasoned; but unfortunately, when my olive green metallic 1750 GTV and 
champaxxx metallic Berlina were still under warranty, before I could buy a 
pickled onion metallic Spider, and while I was still methodically learning 
first the easy short words, then the longer ones- gin, marc, grappa, in 
ascending order- a sneaky surgeon took a side-trip to do a liver biopsy, and 
suggested I learn to spell "cirrhosis". My next Alfa purchase was the 
funereal black Milano, which should last me the rest of my life, if I give it 
proper care.

So, live and learn. But it was a nice thought, Andy. Have one on me-
