It sounds a bit like you do not have any slack in the throttle cable.
When the engine's torque rotates the engine on its mounts, the
distance from the throttle cam to the throttle link arm increases a bit
(when the motor mounts are bad, the engine surges forward under
deceleration, which also increases the distance). If there is not a bit
of slack in the cable - just a little bit, mind
you - the butterflies may be pulled open slightly as the engine moves.
