Well, it=92s more like Volvo leaving Rickard or better jet (or worse) =
BTCC.
Volvo says the rising costs made them decide not to participate in BTCC =
next year and that their decision also is made in consideration to their =
role in the Ford company. They will race in STCC next year, with this =
years BTCC cars I believe, and I doubt they will develop a new car =
again. Perhaps we should blame Ford for this.
Rickard Rydell on the other hand says he will stay in BTCC and rumour =
tells he has offers from almost every team. Nothing is definite at this =
time though.=20
If Alfa is planing on reentering BTCC I=92m sure they will consider =
Rickard and what a winning formula that would be.=20
Can anyone confirm if Alfa will have a team in BTCC next year?
