oil cap and redline

greetings;
	I have been having a problem for the last couple of weeks. The oil 
cap in my 85 spider keeps working off. Almost every day I tighten it and 
in a day or two it works itself loose. One time I found it sitting in
the center valley between the cams. Has this happened to anyone else, is 
there something to adjust on the cap?

	I just changed the gearbox oil with redline 75-90ns and it sounds
a lot quieter and is shifting a little better too.
