How about a new topic?  Over the years certain automobile makes have
come to be associated with specific design characteristics.  Consider
the simulated holes in the hood or side panel of the Buick (or was it
Oldsmobile), the distinctive grille shapes of the Rolls-Royce, Packard,
Facel-Vega, La Salle and of course our beloved Alfa-Romeo.  When was the
heart shaped grille adopted as the trademark of the Alfa and who was
responsible for the original design concept?
