Restaurant Italian

Paesi Tropicale has to be Tropical Countries. Bel Paese is an Italian
cheese, meaning (I assume)  beautiful country (feminine?). And zuppa pavese
is country soup (and delicious BTW). We gotta stop these digressions. US
trade policy, obscure Italian, where will this lead?
