105 Big Brake Conversion

Has anyone fitted the dual-piston calipers from a 7 series BMW on their 105
series car?  I'm wondering how big of a difference this makes.  A guy I work
with drives a 7 series, and he says his car (7000lbs) will stop on a dime.
