need help with a hesitating V6

Our '87 Milano Platinum is hesitating a little at low RPM. Real consistent, 
usually between 1000-2000 rpm. Just changed air cleaner, cap and rotor. 
Checked various vacuum fittings, but nothing seemed loose. Car does not miss 
(although I have not punched it), it is just not as responsive at the low RPM 
as it was. Can't think of any major event before or after that could account 
for this. 

Any ideas?
