Alfa owner, Fred in particular, is selling his house

Located in Fort Myers, Florida, 5 year old 2 bedroom, 2 bath, study or extra
guest room I use for library, my computer,office and convertible couch-bed. 
The 2 car garage was built two feet longer than standard so I could build an
extra sturdy 8 foot long work bench.  I know you'd be interested in what
I'll consider to sell with the house.  All of my tools and tool cabinet,
floor drill press, vice mounted on the bench, bench grinder, shelving around
the garage, a pair of very sturdy ramps, oil drain pans, a 2 1/2 ton floor
jack, new engine stand, new engine hoist, emergency 5000 watt generator, air
compressor, a bunch of Alfa spare parts and some test equipment and more I
have not yet cataloged.  The house sits on a very nice lot, palm
trees,shrubs, a ruby red grapefruit, orange and lemon trees and that has
storm shutters all around, brand new very efficient central A/C, fans in all
rooms, including kitchen-dinette and living-dining rooms.  Dish satelite TV,
double Water filtration saves buying bottled water etc.  Laundry washer
dryer in the garage alongside of a large set tub-sink (to wash dirty hands
before going back into the house.  Garage overhead doors by electric remote
openers.  
For you Northerners looking to get the hell out of all the snow and cold,
car rusting salt belts, and where you can autocross or race year'round! 
Anti freeze in radiators mainly for rust prevention or if you decide you
want to vacation skiing up there some time.  
Come take a look, I'll even put you up for a day or two. If you're asking
why I'm giving up the great home and location, it's because we can no longer
maintain this house and for medical reasons we have to go into an assisted
living facility right here in Fort Myers. Bring your Alfas and don't worry

you enjoy golf, we're right in the Cross Creek golf course.  What more can
you ask for.  Maybe I can sell you one of my 164s or Milano. C'mon friends,
I must make this move before September.
