Removing steering wheels

I need to remove two steering wheels, and I thought I'd collect some advice
before I destroy something.
The first wheel is a Momo adapter on my 71 Spider. I figured a 3-prong puller
should get it off. Does anybody else have any experience removing these
adapters?
The second is the stock wheel on my Milano. I know there is a trick to this
one, but I didn't save it last time it popped up. Could someone please
forward the instructions again?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
