The NWARC Invites all Alfisti to the Gita e Corsa

The NWARC hosts its annual weekend of Alfa fun July 9th through July
11th. Events and locations follow:

Welcome Party - Friday, July 9, 7:00 PM at the Lake Washington Grillhouse
and Taproom, 6161 NE 175th St. in north Seattle. The NWARC welcomes all
Italian marques to our July meeting for a ground school previewing
Seattle International Raceway.

Moonlight Madness Concours d'Elegance - Friday immediately after the
welcome party, for those who have arrived at a higher state of
unconsciousness and have their carbs sufficiently primed or just haven't
the wit to leave, their cars will be subjected to the inaugural NWARC
Moonlight Madness Concours d'Elegance led by Gary Patitz and friends. 
Prizes will be given in any weird categories for which the judges have
received sufficient bribes. Judging of course will be done by flashlight.

Time Trials - Saturday, July 10, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, at Seattle
International Raceway near Kent, WA. Pre registration  is required to
guarantee a spot. The day will consist of practice track time in the AM
followed by timed laps on an open track after lunch. More free time for
hot laps will follow the time trials, time permitting.

Bragger's Banquet - Saturday, July 10 at 6:00 PM, at Trattoria Grazie,
2301 North 30th, Tacoma, WA. Dinner followed by track awards followed by
Dave Mericle of European Car. Dave will make a presentation on the
current Alfa lineup. Pre registration  in required to insure your place
at the table.

Alfas on the Lawn and Picnic - Sunday, July 11, 10:00 Am to 3:00 PM. A
non- judged Alfa pride event on the lawn at Fort Dent Park in Tukwila.
Awards will be given on a people's choice basis. Shine your pride, bring
your picnic basket and join the NWARC in Alfa appreciation.
