Need some quick Milano/75 tensioner help

I'm selling my Verde and have someone hot for it but I have to get
the T'belt, tensioner and H2O pump done. It's all in pieces right now
and it needs to be done by monday (Alfa gods be willing). I'm a little
confused though and in need of some advice. I got the old tensioner
off but before I start drilling anything for the new mechanical
tensioner I want to make sure I'm pointing my power tools in the right
direction.
The new tensioner obviously bolts to the block on the bottom using
the same bolt/location as the original tensioner, but what about the
top one? I've looked at a few sites for info but all I've found is
comment on tapping the supply hole and plugging it rather than drilling
out for a larger plug. I've found no mention of where the top of the
tensioner bolts to and my assumption is that I need to drill and tap
the oil return hole and bolt it there, but like I said I want to make
sure before I start drilling stuff. Any sites or advice is welcome.
Thanks
Bryan Carter
