Cleaning 105/115 vapor canisters

Howdy,

A while ago there was a discussion on how to overhaul the vapor
separation canisters in the 105/115 series cars.  Somehow I didn't
save those notes, and I think mine needs a little attention...
Any leads are appreciated.
