Checking out for a bit

I'm off to the central California coast for a week or so.  I'll be
signing off the list till I return so that my mail spool doesn't explode
in the interim, but I'll be back in July.  My only regret about this
trip is that with all five of us going, we won't be able to take the
Spider. :-)  (On the other hand, the car we're taking has a freshly
installed air conditioning compressor and, according to my wife, could
now be used to transport cryogenic samples without additional
insulation.  Along about Paso Robles, I'm going to be really glad we
have the car with A/C...)
