alfetta transaxles

hi all,

a question from the pantera digest about alfas:
"Finally, does anyone know what type of transaxle a 77 Alfa Romeo Alfetta uses?"
[pantera zf's also have troublesome 2nd gear synchros! :>) ]

aren't these the same as the gtwe6 & milano t/a's?  aren't they made by alfa?
