I just came across the following list of speciaty insurers while
researching for a newly acquired car,  Not sure if they do Alfas, but
suspect so.  These companies typically insure "garage queens" and the
like and have limited mileage restrictions, ideal for a show car or
limited use 2nd or 3rd car of special interest.  Costs tend to be Very
competitive.
