Re: seek info, 62 giulietta ground?

Removal of left tailight to replace back-up bulb revealed no apparent 
grounding means.  not suprisingly, touching chromed bulbholder to bumper 
improved weak "funny acting" light action.  I want to keep the car as stock 
as possible.  is there suposed to be a ground wire on these taillights?  what 
is the routing? is the mounting stud or screw suposed to ground to the 
tailight opening in the body? you get the idea.... any help would be greatly 
appreciated. Thanks
