Puccini, Alfa, & Turandot

I missed the PBS presentation of Turandot in the Forbidden City, all except
the last 5 mins because my hurting Alfa Duetto demanded my attention. So I
ordered the tape. Giacomo Puccini, Italian opera, and Alfa are all
inextricably connected because they all originate in the mystical/spiritual
ether and express into this world via the right side of the brain. That's
why certain feelings about any of them defy explanation. There's simply no
vocabulary for the expression. Words are, at best, a miserable attempt.
There are those who would have you believe that Alfa cars come to us via
engineering. It only seems that way to the unwashed, but, in fact, the
don't. By the way, Puccini liked to drive his car, I read. Does anyone know
if it was an Alfa? Talk about epiphany!
