I got tired of locating original seatbelt keepers to replace the broken
original plastic ones and one day decided to just sew in a BIG flat black
button into the belt.  It's almost invisible and it keeps the metal tongue
exactly where it should be.  You can find these buttons at your local
linen/hobby store.

I don't think the originals are available, and if you somehow found them
you would have to unstitch the belt to insert the said plastic keeper.
