It is interesting how some queries never trigger replies.  I asked about
fues for my '86 spider and never heard anything.  But suprise! through the
wonders of the service bulletins included in the CarDisc DC for Spider, I
got the answer.  On 3/3/89 the factory changed the recommended fuses  for
spider since '86 to the following:
1    Power window
25 amp
2    Fog Lamp and Map reading lamp device                     20 amp
3    Heated rear window (hardtop)                                        20
amp
4    Digital clock, side mirrors, stop lights, courtesy lights   7.5 amp
5    Car radio, Direction indicator and hazard light               7.5 amp
6    Windshield wiper/washer
10 amp
7    Cigar lighter, instrument illum. back-up lamp                 10 amp
8    Power window relay, heated rear window relay               7.5 amp
9    front LH rear RH parking, license plate                             7.5
amp
10  front RH rear LH parking and license plate                       7.5 amp
11  LH low beam
7.5 amp
12  RH low beam
7.5 amp
13  LH high beam and warning light
7.5 amp
14  RH high beam
7.5 amp

NOW, can someone tell me a number for the bulb in the '86 spider fuse box?
