Creaking noise in Milanos

Hi Gang:

To Milano owners this may save you the headaches I
went through with the annoying noise coming from the
front suspension of my automatic Milano.  I, like many
others, thought the control arms or the shocks were
the culprits, but no the actual culprit was right
under my nose!  The ball joints.  Changed all four and
good by noise!!

I have an other type of noise now coming from the rear
when I de-accelerate.  It is of the clunk kind. I have
not checked it yet, but I think it has something to do
with mounting of some kind: tranny or muffler.  I hope
that hepls someone.  Back to work now.
