164 as a Snowmaking Machine

On our trip from Woodstock to West Palm Beach in the 164, a new behavior
was observed.  After restarting the car and the automatic climate
control kicked in, hail blew in from the air ducts.  Imagine everyone's
surprise!  Snow in May down south!  It's done this twice so far.  My
first thought was that the drain for the condenser was blocked, but I
see water coming out from underneath the car.  Anyone have this happen
to them?  Does the AC low pressure switch need to be adjusted higher? 
The cabin air isn't super cool, but the cooling seems to be okay.
