88 Milano Gold Automatic Question

Today I looked at a Milano Gold with an automatic trans for sale at a
friends body shop.  Everything seemed to work fine except the brake
light kept on even after idling for a few minutes and with the hand
brake down/off. Also, the brake pedal was very mushy. I am sorta
interested in this car as its in decent shape and started right up with
no smoke, noises or anything untoward. I am not very familiar with the
specifics of Milanos though mechanically I know they are similar to my
former GTV6.

So my questions are:
1. Did all Milano Golds with Auto gearbox come with ABS and/or self
leveling rear suspension? If so am I looking at a bad System?

2. If not would the mushy pedal be a bad master/slave cylinder? The
light on the dash said it was low on fluid but the reservoir was full.
