Yes, the Milano is the 75 by another name.   I haven't seen a 75 in the 
flesh, so can't address any differences except the Milano was always equipped 
with a V-6. Came in different levels, with most having 2.5 V-6.  The  "Verde" 
 came with 3.0 liter engine, ground effects, Recaro seats,  different gauges, 
and a rear deck spoiler.
