New to list - Need another Alfa

My name is Ben and I live in Australia (currently Perth but normally
Sydney). I have previously owned a Sud and feel the need for another Alfa.

The goal of the exercise is to have a daily used road car that I can enjoy
and participate on club track days. At this stage I am thinking about a 105
GTV. The 105 is IMHO a very pretty body and offers all the benefits of
being a fairly simple design (rear wheel drive, points and carbs).

I would envisage trying to find a fairly sound body and interior with the
aim of rebuilding the engine, gearbox and suspension.

I would appreciate any assistance the group could give in guidance,
especially if there is another model I should consider and any specifics
things to look for.
