$0.02 fix for 164

Did your 164 coolant level sensor cap have tendency to pop up when
tighten 
a little bit tighter ?   This is due to cap is made of thin wall plastic 
that is not strong enough.  The fix is using electric cable tie ( use 7"
to 
11" variety, the stronger the better ) tighten around the cap.  
Problem solved !  Don't over tighten cap and don't under tighten it
either. 
Replace cable tie each year.  Replace cap's rubber gasket if it is over 5
year 
old too.  That's my $0.02 fix !
