	The Navy has stationed me in the Seattle area for two tours.  I was 
always amazed at the collection of Alfas (many of them very rare and 
valuable) in the area from Portland, Oregon through Seattle and on to 
Vancouver, British Columbia.   And during my commute I'd always see several 
Alfas being used as daily drivers.   Helps that the Northwest does not use
