74 GTV Seat backs

I'm having a probelm that I seem to remeber also having on my old GTV.  The
seat back, even at full "unrecline" seems to be reclined.  And then wehn
Itried to prop myself up to get my wallet out yesterday, it felt like it
slipped a notch.  I don't recall hoew I fixed  it before.  It must be
rather common - any suggestions on where to start?
