Intermittent fault with 164 Instrument back lights

     Would any 164 owners know how to remove the instrument panel to access 
     the bulbs behind the speedometer. I suspect either a loose bulb or bad 
     connection as the fault is intermittent.  
     
     Any help would be gratefully appreciated
