New owner needs info

Hello all. I'm a proud owner of 1984 Spider Veloce. First, can someone give
me pronunciation of "Veloce"? Is it Ve-la-chi or Ve-lose or something
entirely different?

I had to redo some wiring and can't figure out the three license plates
lights. It appears the LH and RH (Yellow-Black) are connected to
parking/headlights. What is middle one (Yellow) connected to?
