ugly bumpers

Unnh, your 1976 Super Snipe, or perhaps your...?

Since you're replacing the top, I'll assume it's a 1976 Alfa Romeo
Spider Veloce. I believe Alfa Ricambi had fiberglas bumpers made for
Spiders, but don't think they still offer them. When painted body color
they looked great. Of course they were dust if you got tapped - just
like the Euro bumpers on my Alfetta GT will be should they encounter
someone parallel parking by feel.

If there were enough people interested, well aware of the shortcomings,
and who would actually pay money for a set, I might check into where the
molds are and see what a small run would, ahh, run.
