New FIAT Spider?

In Europe, the tyre company Vredestein has some advetisments 
showing an interesting spider with the FIAT brand in the front. It 
looks very potent and has slim lines and a line says it is a 
formula FA. The ad says that it was designed by Giugiaro and so 
are the tyres etc.

Does anybody know if this is a "one-off" or a restyled barchetta?
