Speedo: Part Deux

Thanks to all who have replied to my first posting on the dead speedometer
on my '87 Spider Veloce.

Well over the weekend I took the alfa out for a spin on the highway, and
from what I can see, the speedometer is like 25km/h behind it's actual
speed.  In other words, I was going around 100km/h but it was only showing
75km/h...  when I'm in town at around 40km/h the needle barely moves.

Anyone have an idea about this?
