Try to check out www.classifieds2000.com they usually have quite a lot of
Alfas for sale all over the country and in Canada.

Otherwise I would suggest they your newly enlightened friend looks for a
California car, as the usual rust problems are quite less here, than in most
other places.

Headlight swithches, try to call APE (510) 782-5800 for a used one or call
Alfa Parts and see if they should have a new one (800) 890-ALFA.
