Squeaky Breaks-67 GTV...advice requested

Hi All,

I have a local shop (non alfa shop) install new rear pads on my 67 GTV about
2 months ago
(also ended up installing new MC and flushing system). Everything seemed
fine for
about the first 1000 miles. Now (about 1100 miles later)
I get a definite high pitched squeak at low speeds (5-10 mph) during
breaking and
sometime during cornering while not breaking. Break booster is original.

Since I don't have a lot of experience with breaks any advice? I am going to
take it back
to the shop, but I know they are going to try and sell me on more new parts
to fix the problem right off.
Could their be something with the calipers or other parts during
installation, or anything else that need
to be adjusted or repaired?

Thanks,
