I have a `1987 milano that is having rear braking difficulties. The car
has sat for about 9 months. The rear brakes are locking up.
      The rear brake light is on constantly. I think the reason is that
the rear brakes are locked. Could the calipers be locked and if so,
      what is the most efficient way to release them. thanks
