GTV Cutting out.....

Hi All,

I have a 67 GTV with a fresh 1750 and pretty much everything has recently
been refreshed or replaced. 
Every 30-40 miles or so as I am driving at about 4000 rpm (could be street
in 3rd gear or freeway in 5th)
the engine will stumble, or cut out for a second or two. It seem to be
getting fuel, so I would guess it's 
some sort of electrical issue. Does this seem like a symptom of a bad
condenser? Any other guesses,
things to swap out?
