The wheels that came on the '66 GTV I bought last year were
MOMOs and had these caps. They were in fairly bad shape also.
I made some caps using a turbina wheel center cap as a model
and some acetate and a laser printer. The process is described
at the i Saluti website in the article "Rich's Wheel Resto."

This article also shows a picture of the wheels. Are they the
same as yours?
