	Michael:  There is a round, twist-off bolt that holds the ign
mechanism to the steering shaft.  Unbolt the two bolts holding the shaft
to the underside of the dash support, lower the column enough to sneak in a
Dremel with a small abrasive cutoff wheel, and grind in a slot on the top
of the bolt head.  An offset screwdriver will do the rest.  Good luck! Ron.
