spica compression

I was wondering what people are using for a C/R with a stock spica system.
Mine is a non-catalytic version with 74 cam as far as I can tell. I know a
copper head gasket will knock your C/R down .4 because of it's extra
thickness but is there a rule of thumb for going up. Ten thou of the head
equals .1 or something like that.
