164L low-temp fan modification

Karl,

It seems like a fairly complicated modification to get your fan on at a
lower temp. Did you, by any chance, consider the low temp fan switch from
Alfa Heaven? If I were to do the same modification, how much would that set
me back? Is it easy to get the relays?
