About new car when no new Alfa available (no Alfa content)

I just wanted to hear a few opinions about the Opel Omega imported in the US
under the name of Cady Catera.
Does anybody consider that a "maybe"?.Omega was not a bad car, as far as i can
remember, and there were performance parts available.
