Too low coolant temp. ? Please advise.

Since, some of you is talking about coolant temp.
My 94 164LS since I got it last year, 
coolant temp. is always stay in 160F on highway.  
I think this is kind of too low too.
Because my 92 164S is about 180-190F on highway  
Maybe the thermostat is bad too ?  

What's normal 94-95 164's coolant temp.on highway ?
