Hi
I could'nt say where to get the original manual from.
The smell of petrol, others may tell you about leaking hoses as they leave the fuel 
tank or it may be the fuel filter connections but the old adage 'they all do that' 
probably applies here. 
The lug wrench/ tool kit is strapped to the inside of the spare wheel in the trunk/ 
boot.
