Recaro question

Howdy,

My driver side Recaro seat has worn through in the lower back section.
I got a quote for $50 to recover it since I already have some material.
Does this sound about right?  Also, can the center back section be
removed?  I am able to unhook the top part, but can't figure out how to
remove the bottom.
