I think I've got that beat. I didn't even get that far. A few years back,
(6? 8?) I got thrown out of a smog station with my '67 GTV. The guy took
one look under the hood and said (in a strong Spanish accent), "We can't
smog this car, it has too many carburetors." I ended up having to drive
about 20 miles to an Alfa specialist who did smog (Dr. Bob). I also wrote
Senator Quentin Kopp with this little episode during the SB 42 smog bill
debate.
