'81 Alfa GTV6 2.5 info needed

Hi,
I tried to post earlier, don't think I succeeded.  I have found an '81
GTV6 2.5 that I'm interested in.  The car runs, I didn't get to drive it
yet, interior is excellent, the front drivers fender is banged up, and
the rear hatch has some dings.  what should I look for?  I'm a Fiat nut,
and found this car in my travels.  The guy is asking $1300.  Is that
reasonable?  Thanks,
