Welty Fund address & Final word.

Below is the bulk of the text from the Welty Digest fund web page.

Some readers seem not to be able to access the internet, and for that
small minority, who in fact cannot, here is the information.

The page was set up:
	1) to answer in advance many of the questions that were asked before
the fund page was set up. I got tired of having to sit all night
answering the same questions over and over.
	2) for the other Welty digests to gain information, which I approached
for support, and quickly withdrew, after finding them hostile and
downright rude.
3)as a reference tool for digest members to refer back to to hopefully
see the fund grow as I was updating the $ column. Based on the low
results, I have lost most interest in this function of the page.
	4) to trigger a simple counter to try to get an idea of what to expect
in response. 819 visits, roughly 120 donations. Therefore I don't see
the address to be an issue.
In the 3 1/2 months the fund has existed, I have received many kind
words and nice notes,(Thanks!) as well as threats, insults and being
called an outright scam artist. I'll make a decision this week as to the
future of the fund. Some have told me that 7% is wonderful. I expected
better. I can't believe that a link to the page is that much of a
logjam, as I have received very few inquiries for the address privately.

If you wish to donate to the fund, Thank you. For those who don't, that
is your choice.
I haven't shared most of the "behind the scenes" negative comments with
the group, but it doesn't seem worth the grief at the moment. In the
future, I'm sure someone else will do a much more effective job.
