Stubborn Milano Door Locks

 My 88 platinum Milano has decided the world would be a better place if 
no one locked their doors. So now when I turn the key to lock them they 
all close and then when I release the key they promptly unlock. The same 
happens from inside if I manually lock them. Has anybody had this happen 
to them? Where is the lock relay so I can quash this peasant uprising 
before it spreads to you all?
