bumpers

i hate the bumpers on my 76 spyder...i will remove them, and fab
something asap...have any of you done the same , or have sugestions, for
re-fiting with earlier years,bumpers, suppliers of the same...etc

this car will never be,anyhing but aq 76...and i have to ride the ugly
rubber with something in polished aluminun, or chrome...
